Raul Castro gives hints about new Cuba in first national address

Cuban President Raul Castro joined world leaders to mourn the death and legacy of his brother Fidel Castro, who died on Friday at age 90. While Raul highlighted the impact of Fidel's legacy on the island, there was little mention of what is next for Cuba and its people. Raul said of the former leader. Raul has previously said he will step down in 2018, but what will happen to Cuba's leadership once the Castros leave power still remains a question. Absent from the funeral ceremony was Russian President Vladimir Putin, a close tie to the Castros, and an official delegation from the Obama administration.
