Kristen Bell is 'Team Human' in Her Approach to Help Homeless

Kristen Bell's volunteer work with P.A.T.H. (People Assisting the Homeless) has helped more than 6,500 Californians find permanent homes. But Kristen's message is encouraging everyone to be "Team Human" to help give back to all walks of life.
