Kim Kardashian is nursing Kanye West back to health. has been sleeping by her husband’s side and helping to feed him while he’s in the hospital for exhaustion, a source said. The rapper was rushed to the UCLA Medical Center last week, with reports suggesting he is battling extreme dehydration, sleep deprivation and paranoia. "Kim has been by his side through all of this, helping to feed him and laying by his side.” a source said.
