Nazakat Ali is the son of legendary folk singer Mohd Sadiq [late] who used to sing along partner Mohd. Iqbal in the 60's and 70's. He is brother to Sharafat Ali and Hassan Sadiq, who are both established singers and reciters of qaside and noha's. Nazakat's son Amanat Ali is also a singer, he was one of the finalists on Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Challenge 2007.
