Mission Intel can be found throughout the story of Halo 5: Guardians. Collecting them all will reward you with the "Conspiracy Theory" Achievement.

Intel Locations are usually a bit off the main story path but are not difficult to get to.

Intel will look differently sometimes. While you always get an audio snippet when you activate it, sometimes it is a computer panel and the next time it can be a digital data pad on the floor.
