Judge Steve Gratsy of Harney County said this standoff is 'costing taxpayers between $60,000 to $75,000 per day' and intends on fining Ammon and the Militia per day of the Standoff.

But Sheriff David Ward has setup concrete barricades around his office and the court building for his own protection. I doubt they will be dragging these guys to court anytime soon.
