Stocks jump after FBI clears Clinton again

The U.S. dollar and the Mexican peso strengthened Monday, after the FBI said no new evidence was found Investors are hoping to break a nine-day losing streak, Wall Street's longest in 36 years. The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 262 points, or 1.5%, to 18150. The S&P 500 gained 1.6%, while the Nasdaq Composite added 1.7%. to warrant charges against U.S. presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton in the investigation of her emails.
