President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama hosted their final Halloween at the White House on Monday, surprising revelers with their dance moves before handing out candy to trick-or-treaters. Obama joked with the crowd. Afterwards, The Obamas head outside to hand out candy on the Halloween-themed South Lawn of the White House.
