Ingredients:
1/4th Litre Milk 75 gms Sugar 1/2 kg Khawa / Mawa 1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder Almonds, chopped Pistachios, chopped
Method:
- In pan add milk and sugar. Let the milk boil completely. - Keep stirring the milk till it reaches half of its quantity. - Then add grated khawa. Keep stirring. - Add cardamom powder. Mix well. - Remove the mixture in an aluminium tray. - Garnish it with chopped almonds and pistachios. - Let the kalakand set for two hours. - Cut it in thick slices and serve.
