Bob Dylan is 'impolite and arrogant', Nobel prize member says

Bob Dylan's failure to acknowledge his Nobel Prize in literature is "impolite and arrogant", according to a member of the body that awards it.
Dylan, 75, has stayed silent for more than a week, neither responding to the Academy nor commenting on the award publicly since it was announced.
“It’s impolite and arrogant,” Swedish writer Per Wastberg, a member of the academy, said in an interview on SVT public television.
the academy still hopes to communicate with the American artist.
