Heartwarming footage has emerged from the US of a woman surprising her mother by secretly flying home from serving with the Air Force and sneaking up on her in a diner.

The video, filmed by the woman's sister in Georgia, Atlanta earlier this year, shows the amazing moment the woman surprises her mum, after her dad picked her up form the airport and secretly brought her home.
