Confirmation bias implies that they went in with the intention to prove that the game cheats with the chances, and then picked the pieces of evidence that confirmed it. He did it on purpose thinking that I would just leave and try to come back later and while I was gone he'd hack through my Gorilla lock.
Unfortunately for him he wasn't very smart and he only locked his bike to my bike but not to the structure that I locked my bike to. He also locked it to my frame and not the wheels or anything else that might disable movement.
So, I unlocked my bike and walked home with both bikes.
Then I took a taxi to work. When I got home I took a hacksaw and removed his lock. Then I cut his bike into about 2 to 4 inch pieces ad then delivered it to his doorstep a week later. Irreversible - because we all know who the real monsters are. They do lack the funding and manpower? Are they not government subsidized? If they were charged to investigate crashes you don't think they'd get paid for it?
