September 29, 2016 – Eliot Higgins published its report on the bombing of convoys of Syrian Red Crescent on 19 September. The report examined several aspects of the attack based upon freely available information (open source), including a comparison of a debris piece, which is apparently the tail section of a OFAB is 250-270 bomb.
