‘Spike’ On Moon Claimed To Be Alien Base’s Antenna

While NASA hasn't had much success in finding any aliens on the moon, the orb has still been a popular target for alien hunters.
A new claim has been made by a Finnish man named Mark Sawalha who says he has found an unusual spike on the lunar surface which could indicate alien life.
A photo of the area, which was taken by NASA’s Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter, appears to show a relatively thin structure emerging from the ground.
The Sun has quoted him as saying, “I think this finding could be the antenna of an underground alien base, because there is a plateau under the spike.”
Sawalha explained, “I guess that there are also some kind of mining activities going on the Moon. Aliens are using moon minerals and they have bases there too…. "
The discovery of a similar moon spire earlier this year was quickly debunked by a scientist working on the Lunar Orbiter mission as an optical illusion.
So, is there a secret alien base on the moon? Almost certainly not.
