Bizarre footage has emerged from China of a personal trainer breaking a pair of chopsticks on his throat, to demonstrate how strong he is.

The video, captured in Zhengzhou, Henan Province last Tuesday, shows fitness fanatic Xu Hepeng pushing the utensils against his neck until they snap.
