Demi Lovato will fill in for Selena Gomez at the 2016 Global Citizen Festival

Demi Lovato has agreed to perform in the 2016 Global Citizen Festival, an annual benefit concert Selena Gomez was originally meant to perform in. Selena Gomez will take this time to heal and address difficult side effects of lupus, the auto-immune disease she's currently fighting. Lovato, a longtime mental health advocate, is proud to join this year's lineup and support the concert's global effort to end world poverty. Demi Lovato
