Abusive store owner launches verbal tirade at customers over refund

Shocking footage has emerged from the US of a shopkeeper swearing and yelling at customers after they demanded their money back.

The video, captured in Denver, Colorado, shows a group of three friends demanding a refund, citing a disrespectful comment made by the shopkeeper.

According to the filmer, her friend had overhead the owner remarking 'I don't trust those two', after the others had left the shop.

After coming back into the shop and demanding a refund, the shopkeeper can be heard going on an expletive filled rant.

According to the filmer, prior to the footage being captured, the shop owner had called her friend a "f***ing c***", which he later apologised for.
