During moderate to large earthquakes, shallow earthquake cause more damage. Deeper the earthquake the less damage. This earthquake was small. no one has 'yet' reported feeling it. If you feel a earthquake it need to be reported. Too much censoring going on.
This was NOT a fracking earthquake. No fracking sites nearby. Lot's of wind turbines though.
