Turkish air strikes and artillery attacks have killed at least 20 civilians and wounded dozens more on Sunday's attack.
A total of 50 people had been wounded in the attack on a village in northern Syria where Turkey is fighting Kurdish-allied militia.
Forces aligned to the Kurdish YPG militia group said no Kurdish militia were in areas being targeted by Turkish in the cross-border offensive.
