DO NOT DO THIS IF YOU ARE SCARED OF MESSING UP YOUR REGISTRY! OR PC
Open regedit by pressing Windows Key + R and typing in regedit
Navigate to /HKEY_LOCALMACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\Ndu
Right click Start from the list on the right and choose Modify
Change the Value Data to 4 and make sure that it is set at Hexadecimal
Press ok and restart your computer
