LinkNYC: we tried the (beta) phone booth replacement | Ars Technica

Ars Technica's Valentina Palladino tried out one of NYC's new high tech communication kiosks called LinkNYC, as replacement to old phone booths (now in beta). The kiosks offer city services, free calls, USB power, maps, and free, fast wifi at no cost to the public.
