my week 3 and my hair has grown a lot before I could not even make a motion for a ponytail but now I have a small one. So that is how I measure my growth.
My JBCO mix (makes about 31-32 oz enough to fill 2 1/2 12 oz conditioner bottles)
4 oz of JBCO( ebay $8.99)
2 oz of cold pressed castor oil ( ebay $3.95)
4 oz of jojoba oil ( sunflower market $4)
8 oz coconut oil ( fresh and easy $10.99)
4 oz now brand sweat almond oil( sunflower market 5.99)
8 oz Flaxseed oil ( fresh and easy $7.99)
1/2 cup of leave in conditioner. ( makes it less greasy)
35-40 drops of lime essential oil ( sunflower market $4.99)
I just my make bulk mixes all the time I use this as my conditioner after shampooing and I love it.
