Agricultural Simulator 2013 - Steam Edition - The tutorials are easy to understand and well-structured. Graphics options are extensive so you can probably tweak it to achieve the right balance of performance vs quality.
However many Steam users reported that this game is a bug-fest. I had my first bug encounter when i finished the Fertilization Tutorial; it crashed to desktop. Thankfully i was able to continue to the next one; Seeding.
