Watching broccoli decompose can actually be interesting

An interesting timelapse video has emerged demonstrating how broccoli decomposes over the course of 80 days.

The footage, captured by the Munich-based YouTuber
Temponaut Timelapse in June this year, shows the vegetable gradually getting more brown as it gets mouldy.
