A Texas DPS helicopter responds to a vehicle pursuit initiated by the Dallas County Sheriff's Office involving a possible DWI suspect. Garland Police assisted with the pursuit, including K9 police service dog "Blitz". Spike strips are used to deflate the suspect's tires. The vehicle pulls over and the suspect flees on foot. He is apprehended by Officer Clark and "Blitz."
