Nice "Terror Truck" was a Movie Prop? - See for Yourself

Police moved their vans out of the way, to let the "terror truck" into a specifically pedestrian area. Why? This makes much more sense, when you see that the truck looked like it was in a bad accident BEFORE it made the "suicide run" - and presumably BEFORE police let it in! It makes sense in the same way that the plastic drum "victims", mannequin "victims", and slaughtered livestock "victims" make sense. It all adds up - just not in the way we have been told.
