Pedestrian hit by scooter after trying to cross a risky road

Dramatic footage of a scooter crashing into a pedestrian as he crosses a road in between cars.
The dashcam video, filmed in Moscow, Russia on July 8, shows the pedestrian trying to navigate his way through rush hour traffic when a scooter comes flying past him, knocking him to the ground.
According to the filmer, people aren't supposed to cross the road at that point but some people do.
The filmer also suggested that the pedestrian didn't hear the scooter coming because he had his earphones in.
It's not known how badly hurt the man was but he was able to get up afterwards and walk to the side of the road, as shown in the footage.
