An honest review and warning of Haynes Furniture Virginia Beach. Haynes Furniture is a company that I have previously done business with. After being extremely dissatisfied with the company's handling of a warranty claim that was never upheld. Haynes Furniture fired the warranty company shortly after we purchased our furniture and the company wouldn't return on warranty calls. They then stated that our initial claim fell outside of the claim timeline even though the reason it fell out was no one would call us back. That was the first sign of a scam.
We then decided that as a loyal customer to this company, they would support us in trying to figure out a solution. We spent over 2 years going back and forth with people over this issue. After 4 separate trips to speak to management at Haynes Furniture, they finally sent out a tech to assess our damage. The tech informed us the piece should definitely be replaced. He then submitted his report as if we abused the furniture and we were told Haynes wouldn't do anything to resolve the situation.
So, we decided to share our experience and we are also currently in the process of considering and preparing a lawsuit against Haynes Furniture. I recommend that Haynes starts taking better care of their longtime customers.
