Windows 10 | AMD gpu | Play CS GO Or any game in 4:3 stretched

Hey guys, so i've been annoyed by this and how people have been saying "oh, just get the windows 8.1 driver" for a while since it didn't work. Then I realized why...Hopefully you guys can learn from my mistakes :D
