Scientists in western India claimed to have found traces of gold in the urine of an indigenous cow breed The scientists at the Junagadh Agricultural University said they made the discovery after seven years of extensive research on Gir cows The analysis of the urine samples showed 10 to 30 milligrams of gold in a litre of urine The scientists said the gold can be extracted and solidified using chemical processes Half the samples also showed immense medicinal values, potentially increasing the life expectancy of human beings
