Fallujah: Civilians suffer as Iraq retakes government HQ

Iraqi forces say they have retaken a key government compound in the centre of the city of Fallujah from the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL). The minister of defence says ISIL fighters are retreating, but there are also reports of abuse.
