So this is a Pyle PMX602M all in one 25 watts or so PA system with onboard MP3 player. Pure definition of cheap and China here. The main power drive transistors are dead shorted, thus causing the line fuse to pop. Hopefully when I replace these two shorted power transistors and their corresponding pre-drivers and sort out the DIY modifications someone made, this unit will liven up and work as intended.
