A dramatic video has emerged of firefighters rescuing a man left dangling outside a high rise building.
The footage, filmed in Taizhou, Jiangsu Province on Monday, shows the worker being pulled onto the top of the building by firefighters.
According to local reports, the man was working on outside lighting when the rope holding him got stuck and left him hanging from the top of the building.
