Fallujah fighting flares as Iraqi PM says victory is near

Iraqi special forces and allied militia backed by a US-led air campaign are continuing their assault on the ISIL-held city of Fallujah.
Fighters from the armed group have launched a counteroffensive and retaken the town of Kubaysah.
