Cleveland CycleWerks fills a growing demand for affordable motorcycles with its American-designed, Chinese-manufactured machines. The 230cc air-cooled four-stroke single powering the retro-styled Ace Deluxe, may lack impressive peak performance, yet does deliver in a nice linear fashion with plenty of usable overrev.
