Ingredients: - Water - 1 ½ cup of wheat flour - 3 tbsp of gram flour - coriander & cumin seed powder - red chilli powder - turmeric powder - sugar - ginger & chilli paste - soda bi carb - lemon juice - oil - coriander leaves - grated bottle gourd ( lauki ) - salt - Mustard Seeds - Sesame Seeds - Curry leaves - Red Chillies
Method: - Boil a pot of water and over it place the greased sieve on the top and cover it with a lid
- In a bowl mix together wheat flour,gram flour, coriander & cumin seed powder, red chilli powder , turmeric powder,sugar, ginger & chilli paste, soda bi carb, lemon juice, oil, coriander leaves, grated bottle gourd ( lauki ) and salt
- Apply oil to your palm and make cylindrical roll of the dough and place it on the steamer and let it steam for 20 -25 minutes
- Let them cool down completely and them chop them into thin slices
- Heat some oil, add mustard seeds, sesame seeds , curry leaves, red chillies and add the muthia's and toss them up. Let them cook for 3-4 minutes Garnish with coriander leaves
