Footage has emerged of an Italian restaurant being flooded on Saturday in Penn Station, NYC, NY, USA.

"I was in Rose's pizza and pasta and the ceiling caved in and water started pouring down and the room filled up within minutes because the water was coming down so fast" the filmer wrote online.

He added that he over head that the flooding resulted in a broken water main.
