I was told by many that it can not be done .... But I managed to create two of them .
Classic loukoumades threaded together with caramel and topped with spun sugar and honey or chocolate
Croquem bouche (croque-en-bouche) is a French dessert using choux pastry , threaded with caramel and drizzled with spun sugar.
The loukoum bouche is honey dee twist on the croquet bouche , using our lovely dough to create fluffy entered Greek donuts with crispy outside, threaded with caramel, then free forming into a pyramid and coating with spun sugar or chocolate
