The United Way Neighborhood Partnership Grant Program is designed to support community organizations in low-and moderate-income neighborhoods in Franklin County. Funding is awarded to grass-roots neighborhood programs that strive to improve neighborhoods by collaborating with residents to find creative ways to enhance the quality of life in their communities.
