Spurs' Kawhi Leonard Named Defensive Player of the Year for 2nd Straight Year

For the second straight year San Antonio Spurs swing man Kawhi Leonard has won the Defensive Player of the Year award. The former Aztec, who was named to his first All-Star team this season, received 547 points and 84 first-place votes from the 130 person voting panel. Leonard led a Spurs defense that allowed the fewest points per game during the regular season.
