A McDonald’s in Hull, England, is being accused of asking a teenage lesbian customer to leave after she tried to use the women’s room but didn’t have identification to prove her gender to a staff member; the restaurant claims that she had been with an unruly group that had been disruptive for a few days prior to the incident.

According to ITV, 16-year-old Ny Richardson claims that when she went to use the women’s restroom, a staff member who thought she was a boy tried to stop her.
