Footage of the moment a fuel truck exploded in Egypt

Shocking footage of the moment several people were reportedly injured when a fuel truck burst into flames on a street in Egypt.

The video, filmed in Alexandria on April 3, shows people gathered around the overturne petrol tanker, before it suddenly explodes.

The filmer later wrote online: "This incident took place ... in the area 3/2016/4 (Wardian) west of the city of Alexandria.

"When he [the driver] flipped a car loaded with gasoline, people gathered around it and it caught fire."

"I was filming the incident from the window of the house where my friend lives," he continued.
