Reviewing the NFI-2000 Turbo utility slot item for the Flash ATV in PlanetSide 2. Everyone should have this in their back pocket at at least rank 1, in my opinion; you can avoid a lot of choke points with some easy strategies, and do so for only 50 nanites!
