CINCINNATI — What do you get if you cross a lifelong obsession with Barbie and $500,000? Instagram sensation and mother-of-five, Nanette Hammond.
Hammond, 42 and a former nurse, has had three breast enlargement operations since she was 21. She went from a B cup to a C cup, then to double D and finally, after getting married, a 28H. The combined cost of those operations is around $23,000.
In addition to her Himalayan-esque cleavage, Hammond has spent thousands of dollars on Botox injections, lip fillers, tanning, nail extensions, hair treatment and much more. She also owns a pink sports car.
Last year she began uploading photos of herself to Instagram and garnered a following of some 30,000 people. The weird part is who takes the racy photos. She says her husband and five children — aged from 5 to 16 — snap them.
"People always ask me who takes my photos and I tell them it's either my husband or my kids!" Hammond said, "I know the other mums talk and gossip about me behind my back but I really don't care."
"My husband Dave and my children are just so proud of me and what I've achieved through surgery," added Hammond.
"They think I look great — my life is better than Barbie's now."
