Thousands of people were evacuated from their homes as floodwaters continued to rise in Louisiana on Thursday, March 10. It was reported three people died as a result. At least 10 inches of rain has fallen in parts of the region, which has triggered the flooding. The flooding has prompted road closures too, including portions of I-20.
