GTA V - Better Chases + Arrest Warrant

This mod improves the GTA V wanted and cop chasing system, by including an "arrest warrant notoriety" system and different levels of chasing (the cops will try to catch you more than shooting you, so they have to unlock the "deadly force").

Other script shown here (at the first minutes) is Locked Vehicle: some drivers will now have their car doors locked, so you can't rob them as easy as before.
