It has been a bit since i've done a serious hardcore workout (of course, being sick and having drastic schedule changes don't help out much- and this totally affects my jiu jitsu and striking- BOO!) i will do some cardio or kettlebell once in a while, but i need a consistent, full regimen to hold me accountable.

i look forward to starting this in full. i've also been consistent with Shaun T, doing all his workouts in full, save the original Insanity (which i did not complete), and the Asylum series. This will be a new journey.
