How to scare off wild bears

An unusual video has emerged from Russia of a man scaring off two wild brown bears which were destroying his camp.

In the video, which was captured in Sakhalin Oblast, the huge bears are rummaging through the man's equipment and supplies.

He tries shouting at them but that doesn't work, so he sets of an emergency red flare and the bears run away.
