An impressive video has emerged from Cyprus of an apparently intelligent parrot using its beak to open a complex series of locks.
The footage, filmed in January this year, shows the African Grey Parrot first turning a wheel and removing it, before using it's beak to pull a bolt and remove a padlock.
When it eventually unlocks the cage, the clever bird is rewarded with some food.
"One of the smartest African Greys in the world," the filmer later wrote online.
