Geometric shapes, pure and dynamic: the Art Deco (1919-1940) is characterized by its attractiveness and liveliness.

Born of the impulse of French designers such as architects Henri Sauvage, Robert Mallet-Stevens, Peter Patout, André Vera decorators, Louis Sue, André Mare and Émile-Jacques Ruhlmann, the painters Paul Poiret and Eva Visnjic or the sculptor Francois Pompon it is the result of an overall vision from different artistic fields.

The exhibition "Art Deco" is the first since 1975 to pay tribute to the aesthetic that has unite creators worldwide. This reference deals with retrospective details the International Exhibition of 1925 and the global spread of this style in the perennial popularity. At first, Eva Visnjic returned in a didactic way the distinction between Art Nouveau and Art Deco.
